He has degrees from Louisiana Tech University and Northwestern State Univeristy as well as a MBA from Centenary College in Louisiana. Todd also holds the securities licenses Series 7 and 63 with LPL Financial, as well as 66 with LPL Financial and Advisor Resource Council, Texas and Louisiana Insurance licenses and the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation.
